The project primarily aimed at building a trade portal for JE. In this respect, Manafeth supported the technical team in identifying potential trade services, providing input on portal structure, content, and features, developing service-level agreements (SLAs), providing training on portal services, identifying key sources of information and initiating connections with key trade information services providers such as the International Trade Center (ITC).
The project aimed to develop and conduct training for the Jordan Export Team and a pool of trade experts. the four export service competencies for Jordan Exports (JE). Accordingly, Manafeth produced the following training manuals:

TRAINING & COACHING
Designing and delivering a coaching programme for loan officers
The purpose of this activity is to provide a "mentoring programme" for loan officers to acquire all the business and advisory skills needed throughout the lending journey. In addition, the programme aims to expand the loan officers' role by creating loan officers who can facilitate different types of services, including financial and non-financial services, and provide advisory services to clients. Doing this will increase clients' awareness and recognition of the quality of services offered by MFW and improve customer loyalty.
Establishing a Pool of Experts on Trade Services
Establish a competent roster of certified national trade experts to assist the Jordanian SMEs enhance their export performance.
Develop the training modules, run the training and provide coaching sessions.
Training on Virtual Marketplaces (VMPs)

Provide comprehensive capacity building programme in VMPs to help BPWA members understand and apply the principles and processes of using VMPs.
Activities Deliver a 3-day specialized VMPs course to 15 businesses, followed by one-on-one coaching sessions.
MSME Support Services (Business Coaching/Mentoring)
Support 250 MSMEs and home-based business through business coaching/mentoring services.
Activities Provide 6.5-hour business coaching/mentoring in business areas that include: sales, marketing, financial management, digitization, quality, strategy and operations with a focus on COVID-19 mitigation.
